dining across borders

We have food from just about everywhere in this city – and sometimes you can put it all together in the same meal...

This evening, the standout dish was the confit of duck...

But the seafood gumbo was excellent too...

 

And before that — to go with the first beer (Yebisu draft) — I had tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole.

It was all pretty damn fine too!
