It's that season again, and our favourite imo vendor is back in his usual spot with his hand-pushed roasting cart.
The sweet potatoes are baked long and slow, till the yellow flesh is so moist and soft it's almost molten. And the inside of the reddish-brown skin develops a rich, syrupy texture that combines perfectly with the slight residual bitter underflavour.
So warming and filling. So good.
