Kaiseki style in the old city of Kamakura, simple but classic: slivers of lightly simmered bamboo shoot, along with fresh green fuki stems; half a new potato (OK, this part is not entirely traditional); and a slice of yomogi nama-fu complete with dab of wagarashi mustard (and with a flask of chilled Tensei junmai ginjo sake on the side)...
