Another of the exquisite confections from Sadaharu Aoki — a gorgeous pandoro topped with dark chocolate and candied fruit. One of the finest (and most beautiful) I've had in a long time.
From the sweetly sublime to the red-nosed ridiculous... These were the offerings at Viron this past week. They might just as well have named this coffee-covered chocolate mousse Rudolph (officially it was just called Caribou).
