Over on my other blog (Bath to Barcelona – a.k.a. "Food File on the Road in Europe"), the first of several posts on the remarkable cuisine of Quique Dacosta, starting with one of his two Valencia restaurants, Vuelve Carolina.
He describes it as "tapas with a toque". I'd call it a fantastic and highly accessible introduction to the creations of this remarkable chef.
