The inflight meal: my last taste of Japan for a couple of weeks. It was enhanced by the glass of "special water" that was smuggled back to me from the Upper Class cabin by an obliging flight attendant.
She didn't reveal the name and provenance of this brew, but it was definitely a junmai-ginjo, and probably from Yamagata. Which merely narrows down the field to a few hundred possible options...
