This was the lesser (¥16,000) of the two courses offered at Aroma Fresca in Ginza when we dined there a couple of weeks back.
And yes, no one seems to be in complete agreement whether the name should be one word or two, or hyphenated, or what.
On their own cards we have, variously, AromaFresca and Aroma-fresca, while the name of the dinner menu we ate was Aromafresca (one word).
But on other English sites it tends to be given as two separate words...
It doesn't matter a jot, of course. The flavours — and those fabulous aromas — aren't going to be affected by a hyphen or lack of...
