To start things off, a couple of very well appreciated bubblies (thanks K & K). A gorgeous rosé from Marie-Noelle Ledru (bio); and a lovely Vincent Carré (vielle vignes)... Note the enclosure, made of twine affixed with sealing wax rather than the usual metal wire... A rather nice claret... And...

...but it can certainly make you salivate. This was the lesser (¥16,000) of the two courses offered at Aroma Fresca in Ginza when we dined there a couple of weeks back. And yes, no one seems to be in complete agreement whether the name should be one word or two,...
