The nanbanzuke (aji) were tasty, and so were the zucchini kushiyaki. But this was the standout of the snacks this evening at the Harajuku Taproom. They were called 'chicken and blue cheese spring rolls' but were actually more like thin 'cigars'. Highly tasty.
Of course the real stars of the show were the beers — the Taproom Bitter and the Porter — plus a few others we didn't note down (and now they're vanished from memory along with the blurred photos).
