Tuesday evening, trawling for dinner in Shibuya. It's part of my weekly routine these days. Today just time for some South Indian snacks at the Samrat curry counter. A small bowl of rassam soup and a rawa masala dosa – folded with a thick filling of spicy spud and chana and served with some watery sambar and anemic coconut curry.
Verdict: tasty, quick, reasonably substantial (you can order extra rice for free to mop up the sambar, which I did) — but not a patch on good old Dhaba India in Kyobashi.
