Ah yes, the Hind's Head in Bray, Heston's superior take on good old British pub grub... Just around the corner from the Fat Duck.

That's the kind of food that's calling me, summoning me back to Europe...

For the next 3 weeks the Tokyo Food File will be on the road (rail actually), traveling down from the furusato (hometown) in Bath to Spain... destination Barcelona.
