To start things off, a couple of very well appreciated bubblies (thanks K & K). A gorgeous rosé from Marie-Noelle Ledru (bio); and a lovely Vincent Carré (vielle vignes)... Note the enclosure, made of twine affixed with sealing wax rather than the usual metal wire... A rather nice claret... And...
